3 months smoke free
Gave up for health and family. Did 5k colour run, and thought my lungs were going to explode. That was my decision day. Used gum and lozenges for first week only. Joined a gym and am trying to really get fit and lose weight. Feeling great
The thing that is really helping is being able to physically do more without being puffed.
I beat the cravings by moving or have a drink of water
The best thing about being smoke-free is not smelling nasty
